We only accept orders shipping to U.S. addresses.

All tags are mailed First Class via U.S.P.S.

Your tag order is shipped directly from our tag manufacturer, and they usually ship them the same day we send them your order! Your tags will generally arrive within 4 to 5 days. Some may take as long as 10 business days (rare) it all depends on the U.S. Postal Service.

Our manufacturer has been making and shipping tags for more than 10 years. Very, very rarely a tag gets lost in the mail (less than 1 in 800 orders). But... if you have not received your tag within 14 days,
just contact us and we will request a replacement.
